Return Policy

If you have purchased a reading or coaching package, because of time, energy and scheduling we do not issue refunds. If your reading needs to be rescheduled, please email chrystyna@soulbeam.co. We ask that you do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled reading as a courtesy. A reading may only be rescheduled once. If your coaching package needs to be rescheduled, please email chrystyna@soulbeam.co to rearrange the coaching schedule that adheres to both parties’ schedules. If you have purchased a digital guide or product, we do not offer refunds or returns due to time, effort and the personalization of such products.
