What is Human Design and how can it help me?
Human Design is a roadmap of the energy that you were born with. Think of it as a user manual of how to harness your energy and make yourself vibrate at your highest! It explains how our energy works for each of us on an individual level.
It combines Astrology, the Chakra system, the I-Ching, Kabbalah and even quantum physics (crazy, right?) to generate a chart (similar to a Natal chart) that spells out your energetic blueprint. Hence, your “design”.
OUR DESIGNS TELL US:
— How our aura shows up.
— How we affect others.
— What we take in from others.
— How to best make decisions for ourselves.
— What our gifts and strengths are.
— What we are here to learn.
— What our energetic purpose is, and much more.
The information from your design can be as specific as to how we should be sleeping and eating - based on our unique energetic makeup - or as existential as following your purpose and becoming more magnetic in a way that is unique to you.
Where can I check out my Human Design chart?
You’ll need your birth time (it’s best to be exact about it) as well as day, year and location of birth.
There are several Human Design chart softwares out there, though my favorites are My Bodygraph - mybodygraph.com, and Genetic Matrix - geneticmatrix.com. Just click to create your free chart, input your birth info, and voila!

What are Energy Types?
Human Design Energy Types are similar to your Sun sign in Astrology (same same, but different!). They spell out your energetic purpose in this lifetime. There are 5 types - Generators, Manifesting Generators, Manifestors, Projectors and Reflectors.
